Minds Matter: Mental Health Awareness


A Walk with Britt will be actively participating in Mental Health Awareness Month by centering our discussions and activites around the theme “Minds Matter”. Our activities and messages will highlight the significance of mental well-being and support for individuals facing challenges, through events and social media campaigns, and educational resources. We aim to highlight the importance of prioritizing mental health and overcoming obstacles through strength of mind.
